Inside, the spacious living area includes 2 large sofas and a leather armchair, coffee table, rug, log burner style electric fire and large TV unit with plenty of storage.

The well equipped kitchen includes an island with shelving around, built in dishwasher, fan oven, gas hob and new large American style fridge/freezer as well as plenty of storage and work space. The dining area has an extendable wooden table with 6 seats and double patio doors to the deck.

The two bedrooms include a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, bedside tables and plenty of storage as well as a dressing area with a dressing table, full length freestanding mirror, armchair and large wardrobe.

The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a double width shower including dual shower heads, one of which is a rainfall shower.
The second bedroom has spacious built in bunk beds including shelving and a separate single bed with bedside table.

Outside, the south facing raised deck extends around 3 sides and includes a sunken hot tub and outdoor dining set. There is parking for at least 2 cars next to the lodge.

This Park is ideally situated on the edge of the town of North Walsham with easy access to shopping and other facilities in the town, including several supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, parks and leisure facilities such as an indoor swimming pool and ten pin bowling/soft play.

It is also in an ideal location for country walks and access to the nearby Broads and beautiful Norfolk coastline.
